"Victor Sidy: Apprentice, Architect, Educator"
Presented by Victor Sidy, Dean of Frank Lloyd Wright School of Architecture
Victor Sidy, the Dean of the Frank Lloyd Wright School of Architecture will be on hand to present an overview
of his wide ranging body of work as well as recent work from the studios at Taliesin. Mr. Sidy is an architect,
inventor, writer, and lecturer. He received his architectural training from the Frank Lloyd Wright School of
Architecture after receiving the Flinn Foundation Scholarship and Robert C. Byrd Scholarship. He has worked
with artists, architects, and planners in Russia, Germany, the Netherlands, and the United States and has
taught students from elementary school to graduate school in a variety of architecture-related fields. Mr.
Sidy hosted a television series on architecture for EMG Satellite Television that aired from 1996 to 1998
and was the youngest member of Architecture Magazine's May 1999 feature "Young Americans."

beginning at 5:30PM. Just a reminder... state law prohibits alcoholic beverages from being brought to the rooftop of Monona Terrace, a licensed facility.
Smoking is also prohibited on the rooftop of Monona Terrace.

Dane Dances! is a community event created to help break down racial barriers and bring people of diverse backgrounds
together for a night of FREE entertainment and dancing. There will be ethnic food vendors and cocktails available for

Come to the Monona Terrace on Wednesday mornings and enjoy this fun children's program. Local performers and organizations
will provide entertainment, hands-on fun, and learning for children ages 4 to 8.
Programs will be held on the rooftop unless otherwise indicated. In the event of inclement weather, program will be moved inside. Please call (608) 261-400 after 8:30AM the day of event for program location.

Monona Terrace Tour and Sunset Dinner Cruise

Take this unique opportunity to tour Monona Terrace and then view it from a Betty Lou
Dinner Cruise. The evening begins on the beautiful rooftop garden of Monona
Terrace with a glass of wine and hors d'oeuvres. You will then be taken on a
special after-hours tour of Monona Terrace. The evening will conclude on a Betty
Lou Cruise for a three-entree dinner buffet and sunset cruise... providing the
